Marie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019. She holds a Master's degree in "International Taxation" from the University of Paris II Panthéon - Assas, in partnership with HEC Paris, and a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (Haute Ecole Des Avocats Conseils - HEDAC).
Marie advises French and multinational tax groups on French and international tax issues (current taxation, tax consolidation, restructuring, etc.) and assists them with their tax audits. She also has extensive experience in all aspects of transfer pricing (general documentation, negotiations with the tax authorities, assistance with tax audits).
Marie is involved in all corporate M&A tax issues such as the drafting of tax clauses in SPAs, due diligence, tax structuring, etc. Before joining ADVANT Altana in 2022, Marie was an associate at EY Société d’Avocats for 4 years.
