Bruno Nogueiro specializes in private Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, with a particular focus on the information technology and energy industries. He advises French and foreign funds, private and public investors, family and institutional shareholders, and start-ups on their transactions. He notably assists many software publishers for their acquisitions and, more generally, investment projects. Bruno's clients include SOPRA STERIA GROUP, CEGID, DOCAPOSTE, LA POSTE, CICLAD and FRENCH FOOD CAPITAL. His expertise includes acquisition and sale of companies and groups, strategic partnerships and joint venture agreements, divestment of non-core assets, group and shareholder structure reorganizations. He also assists shareholders in corporate litigations.
Before joining ADVANT Altana as a partner in 2019, Bruno Nogueiro worked at DARROIS VILLEY MAILLOT BROCHIER (2007 to 2015). During his experience at DARROIS VILLEY MAILLOT BROCHIER, he was seconded in the corporate department of WACHTELL, LIPTON, ROSEN & KATZ law firm in New York for a year. He was also a corporate partner at FIDAL (2015 to 2019).
Bruno Nogueiro also holds a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business and Tax Law (University Panthéon-Assas, France) and a post-graduate degree in International Law and Management (HEC Paris). He graduated from the Paris Bar School.
