    Fil Rouge : Improving whistleblower protection

    A number of high-profile cases involving whistleblowers have recently hit the headlines and raised collective awareness.

    Against this backdrop, a law was published on 22 March that reinforces the so-called "Sapin 2" law of 9 December 2016. The aim of this law is to improve the protection of whistleblowers.

    In this latest episode of our #FilRouge series, labour lawyer Anissa Froz and Marie Vacassoulis analyse the lessons to be learnt from the law of 21 March.
