    INTRODUCING THE ADVANT UPC LITIGATION TEAM

    Introducing the ADVANT Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation team…

     

    Building on our dispute resolution practices across France, Germany and Italy, we have set up a specialist UPC litigation team to ensure our clients take full advantage of the new UPC which became fully operational as of 1st June 2023.

     

    The UPC will deliver decisions on patent infringement and revocation cases covering most economies of the European Union so, with 11 ADVANT offices in the European Union and a total of 15 worldwide, we are ideally positioned to meet the challenges posed by UPC litigation.
