    The arbitrator’s obligation to disclose in light of notorious facts

    In the December 2018 edition of the Brazilian Arbitration Review (Revista Brasileira de Arbitragem), Caroline Duclercq and Talel Aronowicz published an article on the Societe Saad Buzwair Automotive Co v. Societe Audi Volkswagen Middle East FZE LLC decision of the Paris Court of appeal in which the Court ruled once again on the extent of the arbitrator’s obligation to disclose in light of notorious facts.
