Charlotte assists French and international companies in managing and resolving their commercial disputes, restructuring their activities and complex real estate transactions.
She provides both advisory and litigation services, particularly in the areas of civil and commercial contracts, collective proceedings, and commercial leases.
Charlotte holds a doctorate in law (University of Montpellier) and is a winner of the ARNU 2008 prize. She began her career in an American law firm in Paris before practising for several years in Réunion, where she gained solid experience in business litigation and collective proceedings.
A lecturer for many years at the Universities of Montpellier, Nîmes and Réunion, Charlotte also holds a university diploma in insolvency law (University of Paris I).
