    Expertise

    Delphine Lapillonne, Counsel, assists industrial clients, particularly in highly regulated sectors, in complex, international litigation before all types of juris-dictions. 

    She has developed significant experience in mass and multi-jurisdictional product liability litigation, and defends pharmaceutical companies in class actions. 

    She has gained considerable experience in serial compensation litigation relating to asbestos (occupational diseases, anxiety disorders). 

    She also intervenes frequently in diverse problematics for major actors of the phytosanitary industry.

    She regularly takes part in forward-looking discussions on changes to the French legislative system concerning issues of interest to the pharmaceutical sector.
