François Muller primarily assists entrepreneurs and industrialists with their projects and disputes, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors.
He handles public procurement contracts and related litigation, as well as matters involving subcontracting, joint contracting, consortium agreements, and joint ventures, and guarantees provided by contractors and suppliers.
He has served as counsel and as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings, whether administered (ICC, ICSID, European Development Fund (“EDF”)) or ad hoc.
François Muller is a lecturer at the University of Paris II (Panthéon Assas), teaching in the LLM International Construction Contracts program. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, François Muller practiced at the law firms Rambaud Martel (1999) and Proskauer Rose (2005) before joining ADVANT Altana as a partner upon its founding in 2009.
