    Commercial and corporate litigation

ADVANT Altana’s commercial and corporate litigation team assists French and international clients; including industrial groups, insurers, banks, investment funds, and business executives; in preventing and resolving their most sensitive disputes.

Our team is involved at every stage of the dispute:

    • Upstream (pre-litigation): commercial negotiations, evidence-gathering procedures, expert opinions, protective measures,

    • Litigation before civil and commercial courts, alternative dispute resolution (mediation, conciliation, arbitration), multi-jurisdictional disputes, and mass litigation.

    • Post-litigation: enforcement proceedings, recognition of foreign judgments or arbitral awards.

Our areas of expertise include, in particular, contractual and commercial disputes (enforcement of contracts, unfair competition, termination of business relationships), corporate disputes (post-acquisitions disputes, shareholder disputes, warranties, price adjustments and earn-outs,), civil and criminal liability of executives, product liability, and industrial litigation.

The team also possesses recognized expertise in emerging risks, particularly cyber risks, climate litigation, and crypto-assets.

Regularly recognized by leading international rankings (Chambers, Legal 500, and Best Lawyers), the team is known for its responsiveness, technical expertise, and ability to devise innovative solutions tailored to the challenges of each case.
