    EU law and agreements between insurance companies


    Insurance groups have entered into a wide variety of agreements with competitors over the past years. The expiry of the EU Block Exemption 267/2010 has an impact on these agreements and should therefore be taken seriously by insurers. Frédéric Manin and Lucie Giret analyze the potential risks in that context in an article published this month in American Lawyer, “EU Law and agreements between insurance companies”.
