    The interest of choosing French law arbitration


    Caroline Duclercq, Partner, contributed  the to the book  « Arbitrage, commerce international et investissement en Afrique et dans l’Océan Indien » (Arbitration, international commerce and investment in Africa and the Indian Ocean) under the direction of Nathalie Jay and Nicolas Ligneul, which was released in September 2018. Caroline wrote the chapter "The interest of choosing French law arbitration ".
