Agnès specializes in Corporate law. She is in charge of the legal secretariat for a portfolio of companies and is involved in more complex transactions (issuing of securities, internal restructuring) with the corporate team.
She joined ADVANT Altana in 2017 after having worked in the legal department of Groupe SOS.
