Agnès est spécialisée en droit des sociétés. Elle est en charge du secrétariat juridique d'un portefeuille de sociétés et intervient sur des opérations plus complexes (émission de titres, restructuration interne) avec l'équipe corporate.
Elle a rejoint ADVANT Altana en 2017 après avoir travaillé au sein du service juridique du Groupe SOS.
