Axelline holds a Master II DJCE (Diplôme Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from the University of Caen Normandie and works in ADVANT Altana's Employment Law team, which she joined in 2025.
Axelline has developed a real interest in employment law, which she has developed through a number of experiences in law firms specialising in employment law and social security law, as well as in companies, particularly in the banking sector. As a result, Axelline has been able to work on a wide range of issues for both employers and employees, combining advice with litigation.
Today, Axelline advises companies on the full range of employment law issues, covering both individual and collective labour relations. She works with companies in a wide range of sectors, helping them to manage the legal and human challenges of employment law.
