    Expertise

    Amélie Pinçon is involved in the setting up and implementation of sales and property management operations. She assists French and foreign real estate players in their commercial leasing and real estate sales operations, both as counsel and in litigation.

    Amélie holds a Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas and a Master II in Environmental Law from the Universities of Paris I Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon Assas.

    Prior to joining ADVANT Altana, Amélie Pinçon was a partner at SIMON ASSOCIÉS (2016-2020).  Amélie began her career at LEFÈVRE PELLETIER & ASSOCIÉS (2005-2007). She then worked at FRÊCHE & ASSOCIÉS (2007-2008) before joining REINHART MARVILLE TORRE (2008-2009). She then participated as a partner in the creation of the law firm CARAKTERS in 2009.

    Amélie is President of the association of alumni of the Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law (AJEDIM ASSAS).

    She regularly provides training in real estate law, notably for Francis Lefebvre Formations on academic subjects such as the legal practice of commercial leases. Every year since 2021, she has taken part in the IFEI (“INSTITUT FRANÇAIS DE L'EXPERTISE IMMOBILIÈRE” - FRENCH INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE) conferences to present new energy and environmental regulations.

    Partner since 2009, Amélie has continued to develop her client base, which is very loyal to her. Her clients particularly appreciate her reactivity, her technicality, and her straightforwardness.

    • Advising French and foreign investors on shopping centres, setting up chain stores and negotiating commercial leases.
    • Advising property developers on their property development with a view to the opening of BEFA offices, retail parks, logistics, health care, etc.
    • Advising a leading food retail group on the negotiation and renewal of its commercial leases, including day-to-day leases. 
    • Advising institutional investors on the negotiation and conclusion of commercial leases (office and retail).
    • Advising major pure player brands in the home furnishings and gardening sectors on their property development throughout France (from lease negotiations to shop openings and disposals). 
    • Pre-litigation and litigation relating to rent setting for renewed leases, lease transfers and vacating premises.
