Margaux Ripert est titulaire d’un Master 2 – Fusions & Acquisitions de l’Université Paris Saclay et a réalisé son Master 1 en droit de l’entreprise, en partenariat d’échange à University British Columbia à Vancouver, Canada.
Avant de rejoindre ADVANT Altana en 2024, Margaux s’est formée en Corporate – M&A au sein de plusieurs cabinets d’avocats de premier plan à Paris ainsi qu’au sein du département M&A-Partenariats d’une entreprise multinationale alimentaire française.
