    ADVANT ALTANA ADVISES AMPHENOL ON THE ACQUISITION OF CMR GROUP FROM LBO FRANCE

    ADVANT Altana has advised NYSE-listed Amphenol on its acquisition of the CMR group from LBO France.

     

    Amphenol, the NYSE-listed group, and world leader in connection systems, has just completed the acquisition of the group CMR, specializing in wiring systems, electronic parts and sensors in the heavy industry, nuclear and renewable energy sectors.
