    On 23 November 2016, Jean-Nicolas Soret attended the annual reception organized by France Biotech, the French association dedicated to the promotion of this rapidly developing sector.

     

    ALTANA is active in this area, as counsel to both biotech and medtech companies as well as CROs in their various projects.

     

    As previously reported, ALTANA advised ONXEO in both its cross-border merger with the Danish company Topotarget and its acquisition of DNA Therapeutics.
