    Foreign Direct Investment Under Greater European and French Scrutiny

    In an article published in the "Am Law 100" issue of American Lawyer (May 2018), Jean-Nicolas Soret and Géraldine Malfait analyze the difficult balance the French government will have to strike between protecting French flagship companies with strategic technologies from the greed of aggressive foreign investors and preserving the attractiveness and openness of the French economy called for by the French President in his “Choose France” campaign.
