    International Bar Association : European Share for Share Deals

    Jean-Nicolas Soret was a speaker on a panel addressing the subject of "European Share for Share Deals" at the 5th European Corporate and Private M&A Conference of the International Bar Association that took place in Paris on February 2 and 3, 2017.

    More than 400 M&A lawyers from all over the world attended this Conference.
