    M&A –ALTANA counsels Red2Green in its combination with Grant Thornton

    ALTANA’s M&A team is proud to have advised the partners of Red2Green in its sale to and combination with Grant Thornton.

    Red2Green is a financial advisory firm specializing in M&A transactions and restructuring that was founded in 2006 by Christophe Alquier. Mr. Alquier, along with Nicolas Verrier, becomes a partner at Grant Thornton through this transaction.

    With this transaction, ALTANA further establishes its expertise in advising restructuring sector professionals, as the team has also advised Special Debt Situations Ltd. and Jean-François Cizain, previously at Lazard, when he joined Messier Maris & Associés in 2015.
