    The reform of contract law and securities transactions: some expected and welcome changes

    A little more than one year after the entry into force of the Ordinance of February 10, 2017 and just before its ratification by the French Parliament, Gilles Gaillard analyzes the points of sensitivity of the contract law reform particularly from the point of view of M&A and capital investment practitioners in an article, "Réforme du droit des contrats et opérations sur titres : des retouches attendues et salutaires (The reform of contract law and securities transactions: some expected and welcome changes)" published in the November-December 2017 edition of Fusions & Acquisitions Magazine.
