    Expertise

    Laura Beserman joined ADVANT Altana as a junior associate in 2015 and was promoted Counsel in january 2021. She holds a diploma in International Business Law (University Paris V Descartes) and she attended also an international business law and management program at ESSEC Business School. Laura is also a member of AvoSial.

    Laura is member of Paris bar since 2013 (Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris – EFB). Before joining ADVANT Altana, she worked in the Employment Law Department at the law firm Lex2b and Franklin.

    Laura advises local and international clients on various labour law issues, from individual (from recruitment to termination of employment agreements) to collective labour relations (restructuration, management of staff representatives, information and consultation processes, negotiation of collective company agreements). She has developed in-depth experience in the management of labour issues involved in M&As and restructuring projects, within a national and international context.

    Laura represents clients before the Labour Court, regarding individual and collective disputes on matters involving dismissal procedures, working time duration, harassment and discrimination.
