    Expertise

    Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995, Philippe Goossens is highly recognized and experienced in litigation matters. Mr. Goossens has a particular focus on financial and employment disputes affecting major French and international groups and figures.

    An active contributor to the legal press, he is also recognized for his in-house risk awareness training programs, he and his team presents to client’s employ-ees, including a video presentation distributed throughout a leading interna-tional construction group for their Risk Awareness initiative and a series of interactive presentations for a global leader specialized in geotechnical and civil engineering.

    He is also very active in assisting his clients with the implementation of the Sapin II law and the new mandatory anti-corruption measures it introduced.

    He was notably nominated by in-house counsels and his peers to appear at the 5th edition of the Guide to the World’s Leading White Collar Crime Lawyers. 

    He is a regular speaker at conferences organized by the CNB (Conseil National des Barreaux) and BLF (Business & Legal Forums)

    He is also a member of the following associations:  
    - Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA)
    - International Bar Association (IBA)
    - Avocats Conseils d'Entreprises (ACE)
