    • recognized experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation expertise in risk management and resolution of complex technical disputes, mainly in the field of regulated activities 
    • advice to contractors and industrialists in their projects in procurement and public contracts law, construction and subcontracting law, as well as in international arbitration
