• has assisted major actors in the insurance industry for many years, on the domestic and on the international markets, with a recognized expertise in M&A and equity transactions, complex cross-border transactions, regulatory matters and anti-trust at a national and European level (including the first SGAM in France)
• has broad experience in insurance law and in regulatory and litigation matters related to structures products in collaboration with specialized regulatory authorities. He organizes distribution and partnerships in France and abroad.
