Gilles Gaillard has been involved for more than 25 years in public and private M&A, private equity and corporate restructuring, with a focus on complex cross-border transactions and regulated sectors.
He advises some of the most prominent French and international private equity sponsors and corporate groups, family offices and institutional shareholders, financial institutions, business creators, in relation with their corporate finance transactions, acquisitions or disposals of assets and listed and unlisted securities, private equity transactions (venture capital, build-up), joint ventures and partnerships.
He is particularly active in the insurance, and life science sectors with clients including Aéma (Macif-Aésio-Abeille), AG2R La Mondiale, Covéa (MAAF, MMA, GMF), Groupama and Tutélaire in the insurance sector and CFAO, GE Healthcare, Sancare and Synbionyme in the life sciences sector, Artelia, Edify and Onet in the industry and engineering sectors.
Gilles Gaillard is member of the International Bar Association, of the French societies France Invest, AJAR, AMRAE and Cercle des Administrateurs (with notably INSEAD and Wharton). Gilles Gaillard was member of ADVANT Altana’s executive committee until July 2022 and is a member of ADVANT steering committee with ADVANT Nctm and ADVANT Beiten’s representatives.
