Pierre Lubet has extensive experience in advising and litigating in the areas of individual employment relations, collective bargaining, corporate restructurings and rescue plans. His clients include a number of leading players in the banking, industrial and luxury sectors.
Pierre is often called upon for his expertise in employment law issues related to intellectual property, IT and information technology, such as employee data protection, employee inventions, corporate alert systems and corporate IT policies.
A member of the Paris Bar since 1983, Pierre was a partner at Rambaud Martel and Salans (now Dentons) before co-founding ADVANT Altana in 2009. He is also a member of Avosial.
